Calloway & Associates, Inc. and NAVY/SYSCOM/SeaPort-e

The NAVY’s Virtual SYSCOM customer agencies that utilize SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract vehicle electronic task order bids and system have made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commander (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services that can also be utilized by the US Marine Corps.

The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large and diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding and managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, and approaches across the Navy’s critical service business sector.

Calloway & Associates, Inc. is currently team members for four prime contractor’s teams, that are each a SeaPort-e prime contract holder: Applied Management Corporation (AMCORP) a small woman owned business located in Northern Virginia; Mountain Top Technologies, Inc. (MTT) a small business located in Pennsylvania; SAIC (large business); and TELNET, Inc. a small business located in Maryland. CALLOWAY completed 5 TOs on a USMC/MCIEAST region NAICS 541620 Environmental Services contract recently. CALLOWAY was also a recent successful team member on the HP (Prime) NGEN Alliance team through large business Alliance member: Lockheed Martin, and CALLOWAY is one of the small business subcontractors that will soon support “cyber security and IT/IS/IA program and technical support” on both the USMC NMCI Transition to Navy NGEN system development worldwide effort; and on the SPAWAR NGEN Enterprise System Development $3.5 Billion/Year contract that starts April 4, 2014 through April 3, 2018.
