Helen M. Calloway
Managing Director
Helen founded Calloway & Associates, Inc. in 1985, operating from her home in Arizona after serving eight years in the United States Air Force. She credits her military service with strengthening her leadership and management skills that contribute to her success as business woman.
Through her vision, determination, and leadership, Helen grew the company from a small home-based business into an organization serving clients across the country. Alongside her sister and business partner, Cassandra Johnson, she built a legacy of integrity, professionalism, and client-focused service that continues to guide the company today.
Known for leading with integrity, sound judgment, and respect for others, Helen has built lasting relationships with employees, clients, and business partners throughout her career.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Helen remains dedicated to serving her community through charitable and faith-based organizations, reflecting a lifelong commitment to helping others.
Our Team
Cassandra Johnson
Vice President Business Development
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Meredith College, Cassandra began her career in technical and programming roles. She has worked with GTE of the Southwest, Mitsubishi, Semiconductor, Square D, and IBM, where she served as a Program Manager. She also has earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Cassandra joined Calloway in 2004 as business partner and Vice President of Business Development. As Vice President of Business Development, she has led the company’s expansion into staff augmentation and federal government support services. Her leadership has driven significant revenue growth, workforce expansion, and the company’s nationwide presence.
Today, she continues to lead Calloway's business development department, overseeing marketing, sales, and proposal development while building and maintaining key client and partner relationships. She also oversees project execution to ensure performance, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
Shiblee Ahmed
Commodities Sales ManagerShiblee is a business development and enterprise sales professional with over 20 years of experience across commercial and public sector markets. His expertise includes enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, federal business development, and downstream energy.
He has worked with global technology leaders including Microsoft, Nokia, and IBM, both as a full-time employee and through strategic partner ecosystems. Shiblee excels at building and developing strategic partner ecosystems that expand market reach, create new opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Throughout his career, he has built strong client relationships, developed new business, negotiated complex agreements, and delivered solutions that create long-term value for clients and partners.
Jackie Johnson
Human Resources ManagerPrior to joining Calloway in March 2017, Jackie worked for United Medical Center for 13 years where she gained valuable knowledge of local and state HR regulations, processes, and procedures, and advised UMC’s leadership on human resources programs, including staffing and recruitment, classification, position management, employee relations, and compensation policy.
In her current role at Calloway’s, Jackie provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the Human Resources Department. She sets the vision and direction for core human capital programs, policies, and services, and develops HR policies for support workforce effectiveness and the organization’s mission. Jackie also advises Calloway’s senior management team and other company leaders on human capital strategy to support the execution of key business initiatives.
She is a creative and innovative thinker who serves as the liaison between Calloway employees and its clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina - Fayetteville State University and SPHR Certification.
Lys daniel
Administrative AssistantLys is a Southern Yankee who is happy to call North Carolina home once again. After serving in the United States Air Force and traveling the globe, she returned to NC to raise a family and build a career in office management, administration, and customer service. Her passion for learning led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate of Science in Office Administration from Wake Technical Community College.
Since joining Calloway in 2021, Lys has supported the firm’s day-to-day operations, providing the administrative and organizational support that keeps the office running smoothly and the team focused on serving clients. Known for her consistency, thoroughness, and upbeat spirit, she brings a strong commitment to keeping things organized and making sure both staff and clients feel welcome.
When asked what she enjoys most about working at Calloway, Lys says, “It is an honor to work with Ms. Calloway and the team. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and caring people.”
Princess Hyatt
Payroll/HR SpecialistPrincess is a North Carolina native who received her bachelor’s in accounting and finance through the University of Phoenix. She has a vast background in Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll.
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her four children, painting, shopping, reading, and creating vision boards.
When asked about her experience at Calloway she stated, “It is truly an honor to work with such a bright team, and for a woman with suck knowledge and achievements such as Helen”.
